RETURNS

You may withdraw from the contract of sale of the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving them (the rules are described in the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)).

The returned goods:

• must show no signs of use (smell of perfume, traces of make-up, etc.)

• must not have been worn,

• must have their tags attached.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery or to a parcel locker.

The return form and the receipt must be enclosed with the returned product. The refund is processed within 7 days of our receiving the parcel, using the same payment method that was used for the purchase (in the case of cash-on-delivery payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account provided).

A reply will be sent within 14 calendar days of our receiving the parcel.

Please note that complaints do not cover:

• Products that have shrunk or become discoloured as a result of improper washing.

• Pilling of the fabric.

• Defects caused by everyday use, such as scuffed shoe toes or worn-down heels.

• Products that cause discomfort during use (chafing footwear, an itchy feel of the fabric).

• Products damaged as a result of mechanical damage (tears, abrasions and ruptures).
